My wife (who is beneficiary) and I (U.S citizen petitioner) both live in the Philippines, we are about to file I-130 for IR-1 (online) and my question is how to pay the fee as we do not use credit cards and our banks are here in the Philippines using Peso's... will USCIS accept Pesos or how should we go about this... any help would be greatly appreciated ... Thanks

per the ucsis, that is going to be problematic.

Do you have family in the US that could pay it?  Otherwise you are going to have to travel to US to open an account.

You also need to be domiciled in the U.S. or have a plan to reestablish domicile.  Banking in the U.S. is a key component of domicile. but is just one part of reestablishing domicile.

To get started and pay the fee now, you will need to have someone in the U.S. help you.  Edit:  Or a friend in the Philippines who has U.S. accounts and you can give them cash.

Thanks to all responses but only want replies from Petitioners here in Philippines which by the way happens quite frequently, most use Rapid Visa which handles the payments to USCIS from your fees but I do not wish to pay 600.00 for this service.

USCIS will entertain I-130 from out of the country as stated on their webpage  (Petitioners residing outside of the United States may file Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, online at https://www.uscis.gov or by mail to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox at one of the addresses below.)

so was just looking for someone who paid here in the Philippines...

If you pay online, you must use a U.S. bank or credit card and pay in dollars.  If you mail the package to the lockbox, you attached a U.S. bank check.

I'm in the Philippines and filed I-130s for my wife and step-daughter.  I paid online using my U.S. Chase Bank account.  You can't pay "here in the Philippines" unless perhaps you use a service like the one you mentioned, and of course, that costs a lot more.

Sooner or later, you need to open some U.S. accounts.  You can open one remotely with some banks.  I opened accounts at State Department Federal Credit Union while here in the Philippines but I had to join ACA first, in order to quality.
