Is there a minimum age requirement for sibling beneficiary I-130?

I am a US citizen over 21 years of age. Can I petition my sibling (who is currently 15 years old) via I-130? I know it's faster if my parents immigrate but they are not interested in doing so. I realize my sibling will have to wait 10+ years and I'm fine with that. I'm just wondering if he has to be of a certain age for me to be able to file a I-130 on his behalf? Also, must he remain unmarried the entire waiting period?

Age and marriage are not relevant in sibling petition. If your sibling gets married and have kids, he will immigrate with his family at that time.

You can file for your sibling.  Currently, it takes 14 years to petition for a sibling.  If he gets marry and have children during the wait, they can immigrate with him as derivative beneficiaries.

Talk to your parents.  If you petition for one of them, it would take 12-24 months for them to become a green card holder.  As a green card holder, they can file for a Re-Entry Permit to go home for two years without losing their green card.  Meanwhile, they file for your brother in the F2a category which takes up to 2 years.  He can immigrate to the US when he's 19.  He would be able to go to college and be a young man in the US.  After he gets his green card, your parent can give up their green card.
