We had the appointment before medical exam on August 27th. September 14th we had medical exam and turned passport September 17th... There was an update on September 21st with still refused and another last update October 27th and same refused...

After Interview on August 28th we got a request for I864EZ On CEAC website, We submitted a Joint sponsor on August 23rd since household members didn't meet the poverty requirements because of Covid19 furlough. On August 30th we re uploaded the Joint sponsor info on the I864EZ request... We are so confused on why they asked for I864EZ because we submitted my father's letter stating that he doesn't work with his i864.

Is there anything else I can do? I thought this was a 3-4 week wait.

During interview the officer told my brother everything look good and that he would take the passport but he still had the medical exam pending,  he got a blue page saying to turn In medical exam and passport asap. The officer also acknowledged the new Joint sponsor.

hi all, new here. I'm the petitioner for my colombian spouse, we filed for consular processing as we had unforeseen circumstances to keep her here in the US for adjustment of status. So anyway, here's the journey:

Applied for Consular processing at Bogota embassy

Priority Date: December 2018

DQ: April 2021

Received processing notices: June, August, October

Received Interview letter: December 2021

so seems like Bogota is slowly but surely moving along. Now we have to ensure she has the medical stuff taken care of right away.

The letter says Petitioners are not required to attend but I've read it is recommended. Anyone have experience with this? So I can plan properly.

Thanks!
