Yes, I feel that it worked for me because I was approved for the I-130 shortly after I applied for the K3 but I don't have proof. However, my documentation was perfect and nothing was sent back. Documentation is key for a fast approval as well.

This is true! So many delays/RFEs are avoidable by carefully and thoroughly documenting.

Not sure if this helps but my I-130 petition was also sent to Vermont from Nebraska without any notification but it had no effect on the processing time. I submitted it on Nov 13, 2020 and it was approved on April 5. Hopefully the person you spoke with was mistaken about the processing time.

I believe now that all online receipts are generated with Nebraska as the service center. Mine was too, yet it went to California without any notice. Did your paper receipt say Nebraska or only the online one?

Yeah, you can't trust the USCIS estimated processing times at all!

This is a video I've shared a few times because it really addresses the processing times in a way that makes sense.

Online receipt for eFiling said Nebraska and the approval letter was from Vermont.

Gotcha, same here. Actually my E-receipt came from Nebraska, NOA1 said California, and the online access code letter was from Potomac, lol. The USCIS rep online confirmed our case was indeed in California.

How long did your I-130 process take?

Still processing. It arrived in Phoenix on March 5, 2021. I got the electronic receipt on March 31st and the case status online said "received". On April 2nd it changed to "being actively reviewed". Visa Journey sent me an approval estimate yesterday of late July, 2021. USCIS processing time website estimates 19 months.

The USCIS page isn't reliable, from what I hear. I am not sure if they put the wait times longer than they are, but I know you can only request service if it's passed the date on their page. It's possible that they put the dates far ahead to avoid service requests, but I am not sure.

Wow That`s great. I hope it takes as little as possible. I do not know if my case even actively reviewed. Seems same to me as the day one lol. It is been 7 months 2 days. Fingers crossed I should hear something soon. Thanks for the info:)
