Oh, these charts are very nice.

Thank you for the info.

Is it possible to have one all the way up to September 2021?

I'm a September 03 2021 filer.

Thanks.

If I were you with your NOA1 date, I wouldn't expect to hear anything from USCIS until mid to late October 2022.

Congratulations , Im in the 72000 group APRIL8 2021 , 77 days after RFE received no news yet for me , Is this normal or Howlong it takes to review for RFE by USCIS. Do I need to worry or Can I do  something else .

Hi. I’m sorry you’ve been waiting for so long.
I’m on the same boat, waiting for the response to our RFE

My fiancé called USCIS today and they said they should get back to you within 60 days after receiving your RFE

Since you are at 77 days, maybe you should contact them and ask them what is up.
I really hope you will get an update soon!

He called them. +1 800-375-5283
He told me that there’s a code you have to say in order to get a real person on the phone, otherwise, you’ll just be told to consult online or something.
The code is “infopass”

He obviously didn’t know this trick either, but when he physically visited the USCIS office, they told him this.
Even with this code, he was put on hold for about an hour.
I hope this helps!

I thought there’s a timeframe to respond to RFEs within 60 days maybe tell them that and want to inquire further into the case as is passed the 60 days?

I’m so sorry…

I hate how they never give us any answer or information for that matter. It’s so frustrating.
I feel like depending on the agent you get on the phone, they’ll tell you different things. Maybe you could call them a few times and try to talk to different people?

it’s just so unfair how long you’ve been waiting while they process cases from June and July.
I hope you’ll get approved very soon.

Does anybody have March spread sheet?  I'm just wondering how many March or even February 2021 cases left untouched and without any decisions yet.  Thank you!
