Yes, the visa was issued last week. Just received the passport a couple of days ago. 
The wait is tough but thankfully, its over.

I have sent new I-864s along with tax returns and supporting documents. Hopefully embassy will receive by 18th due to eid holidays. Have also uploaded same via embassy's IV section inquiry portal. I am not sure if they consider uploading as valid. Living on patience.

Changed to administrative processing since May 4th.  Almost 2 weeks since last update and 4 weeks since Medical.

Ours status updated May 18th after they received new I-864, still refused.
