They wont send any updates.  you case status on CEAC may update.  Not harm in sending them an enquiry letting them know that you have sent the medicals.

Usually a week it is updated once they receive. 

Embassy never notify. 

It is only the updates you can know that case is being processed.

Did they request only medical or other documents were asked aswell?

In our case they only asked medical after passport and pictures. Later in reply to an enquiry they asked for new  affidavit of support.

Before they requested medical they asked for proof of domicile

We emailed the embassy and they responded today that they havent received our documents. Isnt the medical delivered electronically now? And the DS-260 was updated online. We couriered a print out of the ds-260 along with passport pictures since our Ceac doesnt have the online documentation upload option (case created 2017).

Was your case updated after medical and document submission? When was your last update cuz medical is submitted electronically

last update was May 6th when we received the request for documents. Medical completed by May 18th, mailed ds260/passport pics on May 19th.

Case updated today may 28th in response to our inquiry if documents received to which they responded no.

Check with courier if they submitted passport plus also make a call to your medical centre.
