1. copies of official IRS tax transcripts/returns and W-2 forms from the most recent tax year you’ve filed;

2. proof of legal status as a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (this could be the photocopy of a passport, U.S. birth certificate, naturalization certificate, or green card);

3. current job letter and/or business license.

Please upload above mention documents at https://ceac.state.gov/iv/. Once uploaded, we will review the documents for further processing.

I received this email on March 4 2021 and submitted all at March 10 2021. My question is how much time take for case complete and this is good sign for visa issued?

I got remedical mail on 5th march

Since than no news

I've submitted everything on March 15th

Aj choudhrey any updates? 

 

We submitted everything on apr 16th and medical was on 16th.  There was update on a case on April 22. Nothing afterwards.

They already have your passport rite

Who is asking for copy of the passport?  

 

If they asked for proof from joint sponsor, then they may ask joint sponsor passport.

I am in Canada.  This case is for my aunt and I am managing it for their family. They are in Pakistan.
