Did N400 interview today. IO asked for any police encounter. I said I was arrested for a DUI 3.5 years ago, IO said arrest is outside statutory period, did not ask to see traffic or citation. I passed the test, took oath today and was awarded certificate today. Thanks everyone for info. I applied under the three year rule

what document did you submit for DUI ?

Good moral character is for the relevant 3 year/5 year period under which you are applying. If something potentially contrary to GMC happens before that it may be deemed not relevant.

I submitted by DUI courts disposition ( no conviction, no probation, suspended imposition of sentence) when I filed i485. I mentioned it again in the n400 and IO said it’s outside the statutory period. 
 

In addition, they collected my two green cards - expired 2yrs and the 10yrs
