Please wondering if this can be emailed across to me and I will print here. 

Also, if I have one from March 2020, is it still acceptable or need recent dated one since am mailing our packet this month.

Scanning an emailing should be fine.  I would suggest updating it.  Actually, if you are near the NVC/consulate phase, then I would take the one that was submitted with the I129f.

If the fiancée signs it and scans it with the signature, yes, it can be printed out and included.
