Yeah that sucks. I saw another post that says filed on the 16th and nothing either. I guess we just gotta keep on waiting and hope to hear back before that 60 days deadline

Got noa1 receipt text message yesterday. Also yesterday is when I saw the check was cashed. My application was sent Feb 13th but delivered Feb 25th.

Congrats! 2/25 is most likely your NOA-1 date. You can enter the case number (WAC) into USCIS to see what your date is if you do not want to wait for the hard copy in the mail

Ours was received March 1st, and just radio silence since then. At what point should we become worried about receiving the NOA1? I know it says received through the USPS but still scared until I get that confirmation they actually have it... 😬

It could take weeks. Mine was delivered on 2/11. It was processed/received on 2/11, but I did not get NOA until March 21. So I had to wait about 6 weeks. Hang in there, yours is coming I’m sure.

Online it just says case received Feb 25th and that they'll let me know how the case will be processed in the mail.

I'll post an update when I hear anything from USCIS or when I see the filing fee check has been cashed.

 

So far, I mailed my I-129f packet on February 16th (with form G-1145 attached). At the same time I sent my fiancé an exact replica to Australia (with some extras :) ). She received it March 10th.

So, there are a little over 3 weeks left until I hit 60 days processing time. Does anyone know if your I-129f will appear in the myUSCIS account? I found this site to file an e-request but not sure how the lockbox communicates with USCIS.

If you filed an e-notice form with your petition then you will receive a text message with the receipt date and the official hard copy will come within a few weeks after that in the mail

 

We filed end Dec and it took almost exactly 3 months for us to get NOA1 hard copy (never got at text even though we filed the e-notice form). It looks like they are picking up on filing speed so I feel like it could be about 4-6 weeks for you Feb filers

Now they’re actually moving faster than that , most of February already got their notification. They’re already up to March 3rd now

Our check got cashed 22nd March and my fiancée received the letter 3 days later :). Seems like it takes a few days or up to a week I guess.

My fiance got text 23rd March still didnt get the letter yet. Which state do you live btw?
