Buffalo NY pending around 4K. It's not so bad.

N-400 data from USCIS that you can search pending/new received from your local office. USCIS published it every 3 months

I tried to check my office in Phoenix but it shows old data not current numbers unless I’m not doing it right

The latest data now available from 4th Quarter July 1st to Step 30th 2020. The first quarter 2021 is coming up within this month.

It would be really nice, because based on the info from here (https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/reports/N400_performancedata_fy2020_qtr4.pdf) my field office (San Francisco) receives 2.65 times as many applications as it can process during the same period of time.

During my live chat section - they also asked me phone number and email address. Mine case is in line for the interview at local office. That's all they told me.
