Hi,

I worked for lyft using my own social security as a F-1 student that I got from the school for two years. I'm trying to marry my US citizen girlfriend and file AOS. My question is can I still keep working unauthorized while my AOS is pending thinking it will be forgiven because I need to pay some bills or should I stop working before filing the forms? Also I'll be out of status in two weeks cause I have decided I need a break from school to pay in state tuition, that is when I'm planning to file exactly in two weeks

Thank you!!!

Thank you, but this is a different question asking about if i can still work while my AOS is pending?

Working without proper authorization (EAD) is not legal.
