Does the applicant need to carry I-864 form with original wet ink signature to the immigrant visa (IR-1) interview?

Does anyone know if the applicant needs to carry I-864 form with original wet ink signature to the immigrant visa (IR-1) interview? This form was already submitted to NVC. Neither NVC nor US Consulate, Mumbai is able to answer this question. They advise to ask USCIS. Moreover, travel.state.gov webpage says otherwise: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/visas-news-archive/20161228_ink-signature-no-longer-required-on-affidavits-of-support.html, but I am not absolutely sure as I never heard back from the US Consulate, Mumbai.

What is there to elaborate.   The question was,  do you need to carry an original i864 with wet signature to the interview?  Answer:  No.

I called and asked when my nvc dq happened, they very were unclear. For my brother-in-law we had him carry the I-864 form with wet ink, he did have to show it. Some people say yes some no, just take it if you have it, or at least a copy.

So from this reply, it seems like that the consulate may still ask for an original I-864 with wet signature, however, they do not confirm it. I would like to make absolutely sure.
