Call, and ask for technical assistance at each prompt.  It works!  This method was verified more than once last week.  Thanks to @Timona

Why are you trying to contact USCIS?

Your case already went to NVC for interview and was DQ waiting for interview (june post)

USCIS knows nothing now about the case

You have no timeline which would greatly help VJ members who try to assist you

@JeanneAdil  I am wanting to contact USCIS as I want to make sure that our address has changed after submitting AR-11 forms online through MyUSCIS website. We are awaiting my spouse's Green Card and have moved twice in the past two months and need to make sure they know where to send it and that our address is up to date in their database as required by law.

Sending the form is correct but USCIS is not aware of the new case # assigned by NVC

i would send email to NVC and the embassy to inform them of the change as you wait for interview

if the embassy does not yet have your case,  send the email when they are in receipt of the packet

Make sure the email has the new Case #,  both names and both DOB's

and i hope the email ID is the one you gave on all documents for notifications

to be really safe , forward to your spouse so she can print it out and take to the embassy appointment

cover all the bases with immigration

To me the way immigration  does things promotes loss of information and the system needs a good overhaul

It does not seem to be working . The voice just says: "I Understand you want to speak to someone but  I can help you here" and after many attempts it says " I am going to end the call" and hangs up. 😕

Still works.

Someone reported back less than 24 hours ago.

@GerrardAllam all you need to say is technical support and technical problem at each of the only two prompts. Dont say anything else.

When you call, you will say technical support. Then it's gonna ask you to confirm if it heard you say technical problem. At that point, you just switch to what it said, the technical problem. That's all

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
