Every case is different therefore no one can exactly answer you in this regard similarly processing times for different centers are different depending upon their size and volume of cases they handle. Thanks to covid every thing is so backed up right now that it doesn't matter what center is handling your case. As far as processing time goes I don't think gender has any thing to do with it. Currently every case has to go through extensive Ap processing. Fortunately I didn't had to go at such prolong Ap processing but again every case and circumstance is different.

Less than 11 months for a  CR-1 case would be virtually impossible.  Pre-Covid times were 12-18 months (I can recall no cases with shorter than a year) from filing to visa in hand.  For Pakistan cases, it could be a LOT longer than 11 months due to extended administrative processing times.  It would be useless to try and guess approval time for your case.  It's time to settle back and practice patience.  Good luck.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

In addition to what others have said, the embassy in pakistan is also back logged by at least 6 months. Looks like for potomac the avg right now is between 11.5-14.5 months. And then an additional ~5-6 months for your interview and finally you might be put in administrative processing which takes probably another 3 months. Youre looking at around 2 years.

Keep in mind that the service center estimate jump up and down (mostly up because of covid and trump) so 11.5-14.5 months might change. In addition, Biden might change some stuff related to immigration in his first 100 days (I'm assuming it's going to be positive for processing times) so that might help as well.
