hello everyone ,i have questions regarding  sibling I130.

1. i am going to apply for my brother and sister very soon , they both married and both have one kid each , do i have to file 6 separate i130 form for all individual or just 2 i130 one for my brother and one for my sister  and how about application fee its going to be 2 or 6 total fee i have to pay?

2 my brother right now indian citizen but he's going to be Italian citizen soon, can change in citizenship will interrupt his i130 application or process time?

3.whats the process time for indian citizen?

thanks.

hi

just one i130 per sibling, the form costs $535 for each sibling, spouses and children are listed on the form

the petition will take over 12 years, most likely 14 years

so depending o the ages of their children, they might age out

Since the visa applications won't be for 15 or so years, nobody knows what the fees will be in 2035

YMMV

Hi,

1.  You file two I-130 petitions.  One for each sibling.  Their spouses and children will be derivative beneficiaries on their respective petition.  Depending on age, the children could age out by the time their Priority Dates become current.  Two fees since there are two petitions.

2.  Your brother getting Italian citizenship will not change anything.  His country of changeability will still be the country of his birth, India.

3.  The current wait in the F4 category for India is over 15 years.  Your siblings' wait could be shorter or longer since no one knows how the PD will move over the next 15 years.

Seperate petitions, separate payments, you can use one envelope to mail.

Since India does not allow dual citizenship, he's going to renounce it and then only have Italian citizenship, right? And then his wife would do the same?
