How many days the embassy will send out the visa?

How many days does the embassy will send the visa after you passed the interview?  It’s been 2 weeks now since my kids had they’re interview and we still didn’t receive the passport with visa?

It just said ready.... they are always late to post the status.. just like the interview it says ready but it took a months for the schedule.

Until it says 'issued,' there is no way to know if it has been approved or sent.

I had my interview 2 weeks ago too. Havent received my visa and status still says ready

Me too. Had my interview on the 15th. Till now it says Ready.

Hello does anyone knows the timeline for 221g after the submission of documents? My daughter just finished the interview, unfortunately they are asking for the US marriage certificate. Now I need to reschedule all my itinerary. I hope this will not take months.

I've seen some with a turnaround time of 4 days after submission, others 16 days.

Husbands interview was sept 28th..... status still says ready...someone who interviewed on the 15th status changed to issued on the 23rd.....

No, it has to go through the courier. It would be nice if you could.

You can pick it up but not in the embassy but TOGo.
