  1. Thanks. I actually saw that and it just says “fully vaccinated” but doesn’t explain what that means. There is also an option of “partially vaccinated” without explanation for what that means. The PAL site is actually what got me to ask the question here.
  2. I, my wife and child are headed to the Philippines in a couple of weeks. I know if you are “fully vaccinated” you do not need to show an antigen test. I know I read somewhere before they were changing this to include being boosted (which I’m not), but I cannot find anything on this. Does anyone know what the current rule is? Thanks in advance!
  3. As long as the transit is at the same airport (and you are not leaving the airport) no visa needed. That’s true for most countries except the US & Canada.
  4. Also for #2 we used an online service where they verified her passport through a Zoom call. This worked without her needing to send her passport anywhere.
  5. For #4 - I never sent a letter and used her SS# the next year without issue. Maybe I just got lucky.
  6. As a fellow stock trader (but I had a full time job too when I petitioned my wife) I would think if this is your sole source of income you would have to show many years worth of income from stock trading (more than the 3 year tax transcripts). We just ended the greatest bull market in history so they might think anyone could have made money. Also, did you apply with the IRS to be a qualified trader so you can file a schedule C and deduct expenses? This would show it truly it is your “job.” Without that I could see them being skeptical.
