Please can someone help me out here.. I’ve received a welcome letter from NVC, now I’ve tried to pay for the IV and affidavit of support but it says that my petition is not eligible for further processing due to numerical limitation of my visa type, what should I do?

What visa category is this for, and what's the Priority Date from the I-130? What country?

Presumably your Priority Date isn't current yet. If so, there's nothing to do but wait.

hi

just because your approved i130 got to the nvc doesn't mean your priority date isn't current to start the second part of the process.

what is your category and priority date?

Visas are only currently available for F1 for priority dates before Sept 2014 and nvc is accepting documents only for priority dates before July 2015. See tables A and B https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2020/visa-bulletin-for-september-2020.html
