These waivers are extremely rare......good luck.

I have filled out all 13 pages. I had to get a waiver for the face to face because of health issues.  Anyone have any experience with getting a face to face waiver?

As LuckyCat said, USCIS approving the waiver for the face-to-face meeting is extremely rare. It is a core eligibility requirement for the visa. There was a person here recently who attempted K1 but had not met his partner due to "extreme flying phobia". I am unsure if he tried a waiver but he was ultimately denied. Personally, I am not aware of anyone who has been approved for K1 without the face-to-face meeting requirement.

Others who have posted have been accurate. But I also wanted to point out if its possible for your fiancé to come to the US to marry you (able to obtain a visa) then a waiver for the face to face part of the k1 is completely moot because there are other options. Personally I've never seen someone successful on VJ. Without knowing the details of your case one can only assume.

Hardship is quite difficult to prove in a K1 petition.  The only times I've seen it granted, other than religious or cultural restrictions, is if the beneficiary is unable to obtain a passport.  We had a thread here last week about a K1 petitioner that medically documented he had a fear of flying denied by USCIS.

Please let us know if it is successful.  I have been a VJ member for years, and I have never heard of a successful exception for the required meeting.
