We are stay in Cape Town, at the beach house and also in Pinelands....it is beautiful here...temp around the 60's and a little windy...how is it back in New York? Thanksgiving here was just another Thursday!

I received the first receipt on 10/2/07. We should keep in contact to see or know how long this is taking - I have to guess if i hear something you will hear something or the other way around. We can help one another stay sane....just a thought. I could use this discussion right now. I also have been to South Africa twice since this process, which seems you are in the same position. Also, I would love to see other areas of South Africa - That might be fun?

Wow!! VSC is really moving now! but please approve those who feel left behind. If they have approved a filer from mid August I think anything is possible with VSC. I dont understand the way they jump around. Its just stupid. But still, its been a really good month for Vermonters. Let's hope it continues through the New year.

November has simply crushed this year's previous record month total of 48 (March). With 77 approvals and one more day to go, we could damn near double that old record. I know that there are some serious problems in organization but VSC has certainly turned a corner. If they find and approve all those overdue filers, I'd even say that they are running at full steam. Finally.

Oh my God!!!

After being nervous and freaking out all day... I saw a "touch" today ... expected an RFE (just because the more I thought about, the more I expected it)...

Then at 5am german time.... I received an e-mail...

WE ARE APPROVED!!!!! :dance:

And my sweetest one will be here in 2 days... with a little luck he can join me at the Interview....

Oh man... that was about time and the nicest belated birthday gift they could make...
