So my mom had biometrics appt for 8/18 and 8/28 while my dad only had an appt for 8/28. My mom and dad went together and they allowed her to do both but didn't allow my dad to do his... He'll go back on 8/28.

if they were to reject your aos package after how many days/weeks do they send it back? thanks!

They received it on July 27 and I got my AOS package back on August 5th.

Payment issue: We just received our new credit cards, which means that the one that we initially used on form G1450 has now expired, does anyone know if they will send us a RFE or just reject our application due to this issue?  I dont really know what to expect.

Finally got the text notification from USCIS.

 

Package sent: 08/01

Package Delivered: 08/05

Check Cashed: 08/14

Called USCIS to get Case#: 08/16 (PD: 08/05)

Text Notifications Received: 08/19

If the payment declines I believe they reject the package and you’ll be able to resubmit the same package with the correct payment information.

@Ikumimix1 just got off the phone with uscis after seeing my check was cleared on my bank acct and got the 3 receipt numbers! Check yours and good luck! ( bad luck for me my lawyer filed wrong the ead form) the other 2 were received well fine!

That's great! I'm happy for you! I checked my husband's bank account now but still nothing. What information did they ask you when you call them?

I called the regular line, ‭+1 (800) 375-5283‬. I had to listen to an automated message at first, but then it put me through to a live rep in less than half an hour.

What information did they ask you when you call them? I checked a bank account but still checked wasn't cashed yet. Did you call them after your fee was paid?
