Question @Greenbaum

With K1 when it's finally sent to the embassy we have to make our own interview appointment right? So with all the other k1 that had been waiting to schedule their appointments, will it just be a free for all?

For Russia, you pay your fee with these instructions: https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ru/ru-niv-paymentinfo.asp

Then make your schedule using these instructions: https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ru/ru-niv-appointmentschedule.asp

AND yes you will be in a free for all. Good luck and stay engaged. So, it's better to be prepared now than later. So now you are able to be a step or two ahead of others. Good luck and stay engaged.

How's everyone doing?

One month until it's *possible* we could get approved. But at least we are pretty much halfway through. Hopefully we all hear something by March!

So hope so. Trying to stay positive and my mind busy since I'm not yet allowed to go back to the Philippines and visit her yet...

Yes definitely me too. Russia still isn't open either so I'm trying to plan a trip to either Turkey or Serbia to see him for a bit

Keeping my mind off of this and staying positive! Thinking about the future and knowing we will be together in the US at some point is helping a lot. How about you?

Yes same. Just trying to find a way to visit each other in the meantime ☺️ that's what I'm looking forward to!

And yes I just think we will be together eventually, it can't be delayed forever!

If your receipt date is before the “Receipt date for a case inquiry", you can submit an “outside normal processing time” service request online. That does not mean they are processing and approval cases for April 20th, 2020. USCIS is still working on March as we speak. July in my opinion will be touched until sometime early next year. Maybe Feb or March.

If June is before July and as slow as they are moving Feb or March would be a best guess if that is what you are looking for.
