Sent I-131 for Advance Parole May 13 2020, USCIS received June 04 2020, filed separate than I-485 (applied in November 2019), work permit received May 04 2020...Case for 131 Updated today  and looks like this......anybody knows how long it takes from this message to get it?? thanks

No correlation between fingerprints taken and to approval.   The only requirement is that biometrics were taken before the file hits the adjudicators desk, which has been 6 to 8 months from submission

But fingerprint were taken in December 2019 (for I-485), are you talking about 6-8 months from now??

Not what I said.   I said 6 to 8 months from when you submitted your application

How long did it take for your EAD? It's gonna be about the same time.

December 12, 2020 fingerprint taken,

Got RFE February 15,

USCIS received RFE request documents March 19,

Around May 5 Received EAD, at the same time "As of May 7, 2020, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status"

that's I filed separate I-131, USCIS received June 4 (sent May13), for I-485 filed in November 2020

Your 131 is a new application. It was just received, it's gonna be assigned to an officer. The officer will then look at the 131 application to adjudicate. 

 

The processing time for this application according to USCIS is 6 months.

 

I don't get why you keep saying about the initial petition that you sent. Your 131 starts NOW, it didn't start back in November.

I do not know what does it means, but today shows this update

"On June 24, 2020, we produced your Advance Parole Document for your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Receipt Number MSC...……… . If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

any idea? thanks
