When answering the question regarding immediate relatives living in the US, I selected no but later realized that fiancés are considered immediate relatives on the form. Should I resubmit the form or will be fine?

Fiancés are not relatives.

I concur, and your Spouse is your relative by marriage... Your fiance is not.

The use of the word 'relatives' should not be confused with 'blood relatives' in which are people you related by blood.

A spouse is a relative based on marriage.

The DS-160 did list fiancé as a relative. As I am the fiancé living in the US, we answered yes. It confused me since a fiancé is not a relative yet.

I don't know if it's a huge problem either way, but I thought we answered the question as instructed.

Like you have been informed by others, you answered it correctly. No is the answer. Gdluck

Any errors or changes to the DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application can be made at the time of the interview. It's done all the time. No harm and no foul. Good luck and stay engaged.
