Hello..I have a question about the calculations of the applying the I751. My GC will expire on July 19, 2020. What is the exact date that I can apply for the I751?

 

 

Also, I will pay the fee via money order from USPS and the blanks include the following:

do I need to fill up all the blanks and  where do I sign on the money order..

90 day period begins on April 20, 2020.

Yes you can! It won’t affect people who are ALREADY permanent residents

I have another question, do I have 90 days to submit my I751 or should I submit it before the start of the 90 day period?

90 days before your GC expired. Don't submit it early or late, it must be between 90 days time frame.

Hello.. my case status was updated today and it says that the fingerprints related to my I751 petition have been applied to my case. Does anybody know what this means? ( do I still need to go to a fingerprint and background check or not?)

 

PS.. I did not receive any notice yet because it’s delayed I guess..and I already inquire about it in the USCIS website tool.. thank you...

There's talk about USCIS possibly will waive the biometrics for some people because the ASC offices aren't even open yet. However, you're likely to get a biometrics appointment later down the road as the ROC tend to take a while to be adjudicated. There's still a lot of time for you to get a biometrics letter later on.
