May be you can give me an answer please.

1.  I came to United States in January 2020, and started working in a restaurant, the pandemic started and the restaurant closed. Can I claim for unemployment? I worked in the restaurant for a month and the taxes were paid.

2. My family joined  me 2 weeks ago and they could not get SSN beacuse of mandemic as the offices are closed. Is there any online procedure for that?

3. Does me and my family qualify for stimulus checks? Or this is only for people who did taxes in 2018 an 2019?

4. Is there any assistance for new immigrants (without being a public charge) because of this pandemic and unemployment?

Thank you beforehand. I will much appreciate your response.

1) you can claim,  your state will decide eligibility

2) no

3) you are not eligible for advance payment m.  You may be eligible for payment but not until 2020 tax filing

YMMV

What type of visa?  Who is your sponsor?

I doubt  you will get unemployment, as that is based upon paying into that system.

There are LOTS of major employers hiring at the moment:  Amazon, major grocery store chains, etc.

A correction: *employers* pay into UI, not employees.

Furthermore, PT workers and gig-based employment, as well as self-employment is covered by the CARES Act.

Right.  Someone who worked part-time at a restaurant for a month is unlikely to be able to live on whatever unemployment he/she can qualify for.
