Hello everyone my question is what documents my fiancé the beneficiary has to bring with him to the medical exam and interview?

Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record there's a form for it that he could bring if the doctor has his records or he can bring it with him (Form I-693,) https://www.uscis.gov/i-693

Government-issued photo identification, such as a valid passport or driver’s license from his country.

Confirmation that he completed DS-160 and I would also take copy of NOA2, they never asked for it, but it does show that the petition was approved.

Make sure he get a copy of the completed Form I-693 for your personal records before the doctor seals the envelope. Becuz USCIS will not accept the form if the envelope has been opened or altered

Everything you need to know should be here https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/DKR-Dakar.html

Also, my fiance just did his medical exam at Dr. El Hadi's and said everyone was very nice. He was also asked for confirmation of his interview date. He showed the email from ais.usvisa-info.com and that worked.

You should bring the following items to your medical exam:

You must pay all medical examination fees, including x-ray and blood test fees, directly to the examining physician. Please contact the physician for current fees. Please allow at least 14 days to complete the medical examination process from start to finish.
