That is a good news if not great. They transfer cases from one heavily loaded center to the one with light load. Yours may be processed faster now.

Usually done for load balancing purposes.   Theoretically it should not be treated as bad news

YMMV

They didn’t transfer to another service center but another office receipt number is still same LIN.

In that case it could be for a more in depth review. Sometimes they transfer i130 cases to filed offices for interviews, rare but happens. Any red flags in your case?

Hard to tell, usually it’s only bad news if the us petitioner has a criminal history or has been arrested before.

It shouldn’t trigger an automatic interview for i130, i would say wait and see if in fact they call you at the field office. If that happens, be very well prepared.0

Mine was transferred from Nebraska center to a different office I am yet to know, a mail has been sent to my wife to that effect.I do not consider it to be a bad news rather it is what USCIS routinely does to balance workloads.
