-Received the 24 extension later 5 weeks after filled out the form I-751

 

- Biometric appointment took me 9months

 

-another 9months to receive an approval, once the extension expired I called to make an appointment and once received the stamp on passport , 1 week later received the approval with out interview and no RFE 

 

total of waiting =24months

Congrats! It look like YSC began approving cases from late 2020. I got approved 10 days ago. Filing date was 7/30/2022.

Can someone please give an example of the letter to the Congressman asking for a help with the case moving? What should I say in the letter?

You need to fill out the privacy release form, also draft a letter about what you are asking. Once you have that email or fax it to them. Make sure you call their office first so they can give you the right email or fax number.

 

If you have not done this yet, I would highly recommend submitting a Case Request with the USCIS ( given that you are eligible) and include the SR number in your letter. 
 

it may be a coincidence but I got approved in one month after following the above described steps.

I think the only ones (based on timeline data) who get interviewed are the combo interviews. The recent 2022 ones don't get interviewed as per what I saw.

Looking back through timelines for Potomac it looks like nobody has updated a timeline w/ biometrics since October (that was an August filer). This rings true with someone in a group I'm with who filed in September and hasn't heard anything on biometrics yet...

Two at different times and both expired.  I waited for the first one to expire before I did the next one, but still no response on either.  I have tried multiple times to chat with a rep and they just give me the same canned answers.  It doesn’t jolt anything.

I hade to change an error with them, sent an e-request, after that expired, I talked to a rep... nothing.

Then I sent them a registered letter explaining it all over again and provided the e-request number. Took about a month, but then I got an email stating that they corrected the error.
