Married to an American and I live in Africa 

my husband visited Africa to marry me 

he got back to America n he’s finally applied for 

immigration visa for me to finally join him in America after 5years of marriage.the issue is am now pregnant so will the immigration medical exam carry out a pregnancy test on me to disqualify me from getting a visa

Your pregnancy shouldn’t be an issue for your visa, as long as you can safely take the medical examination and required x-ray + vaccinations. 
 

Your child will have rights to US citizenship upon birth, if your husband is the father. You will need to file a consular birth abroad for them, as such you aren’t attempting to enter the US to birth a Non-citizen, as the baby already has rights to citizenship via the father.

 

if you are a Nigerian national, do note the upcoming travel ban will effect all immigrant visas. Inform yourself and your spouse accordingly, as a waiver may be required.

Sounds like the issue is who the father is.

Yeah, like why would it lead to a ban unless the us petitioner isn’t the father which would lead to questions about the validity of the relationship.

Pregnancy does not disqualify you from getting a visa.  Pregnancy may limit you ability to travel by air.

When was the last time you saw your husband in person? Has he visited frequently since marrying you or did he live you and only very recently returned to the US?

Without more information we cant help you further than being pregnant does not make you ineligible for a visa.
