Isn't the d-160 for tourist visas?

Guys, I had a quick question! I got my CR1 visa and I'm planning on travelling to the US by next week.

I know that the greencard takes a while to come, will there be a problem in travelling out of the country(USA) before I receive my greencard in hand? Will I be able to enter back into the US using jus the IV stamped in my passport..?

My bad i choose the wrong option, i should have chosen immigrant visa lol, all sorted however it wont let me register. The error message say this case number is not ready for appointment

Your endorsed (stamped) passport with the CR-1 visa IS your Green Card until the plastic one arrives.  Traveling out and in before you receive the plastic card is perfectly fine....

No prob I had that issue as well. I have it two days after receiving my IL and it worked out

Cool i’ill try after 2 days and see if the portal, maybe it takes some times to feed through the portal.

I had my interview on 6th, i was asked to provide a joint Sponsor even though my wife's income is above poverty guidelines and also she has money. I'm shocked

Consulate Officers look at the totality of the situation.  The poverty guidelines are just a starting point to be considered......income above the poverty level doesn't guarantee approval.

How about assets for income. I thought assets can be substituted for income

Yes, they can be considered......but is still a judgement call by the Consulate Officer.

I can't get a joint sponsor, what should i do? And this ban is fast approaching.

I'm seriously sad, they are requesting for joint sponsor while NVC didn't request for anything and even she has her assets listed in her i-864 but at the interview i got a different answer.
