My wife is a US national and she is currently living in Pakistan with me . She has applied for her mother for the US visa , and i want to ask if she can apply for me at the same time. Will it be okay or both will get rejected . I mean can both of the visa get approved ? My aunt is going to sponser her mother and me. She lives in US and well settled

Just needs to show she has a US domicile.

Is it a document or just have to mention her address and social security bcz thats what she has

Her address absolutely, she has a house?  Job is the other obvious one,  is she on vacation, everybody has a SSN. Sort of varies by Consulate what they expect to see.

Do more research on what it takes to satisfy the US domicile requirements for the US citizen petitioner.  Your wife needs to do this and find out what is required.  If she has been living in Pakistan for the last two years, and it will be another year before the visa interview for the beneficiaries, that's three years living outside the US, hence the concern by the interviewing officer that she may not have enough evidence for US domicile, like US tax returns for those three years (required even if living outside the US), deed showing ownership of a residence in the US or a lease to rent a place to live in the US, all in her name, etc.

I have been told that person who needs to show all this tax return bank statement all would be your sponsor who sponsers you in visa which can be other than your wife. So my aunt is going to sponser on her behalf for both of the visas (her mother and me)

Your wife is your sponsor.

Your wife is always the primary sponsor.   She will also need to show she is going to re establish her domicile.

Your wife's aunt can be a joint sponsor as needed.

Both will need transcripts of their tax returns.

Remember that the purpose of the I-130 based petitions is Family Reunification.   If your wife intends to remain in Pakistan until her mother can immigrate then you may not be able to obtain a visa, except Pakistani males still under go a long AP time so that may not be an issue.
