Hi everyone one. Me and my husband filed for I-130 July and we got our NOA1 July 15th after some months we tracked it and it said it was at the Integrated Operating Env Location, I just tracked now and it says it’s at the E- filed case processing section. Please what does that mean everyone. Does that mean we making progress?

They just changed the name a couple of weeks ago from Integrated Operating Env (IOE) to E-Filed case processing section. Everyone who has an IOE receipt number received the same change. It doesn’t mean anything. Just an internal name change.

Which service Center does your paper copy of the NOA1 say? There’s been some approvals from end of June / Early July this week from Potomac and Texas so you may hear something soon if it’s at one of those.

  • 2 months later...

I submitted I 130 for my son on Feb 14 this year, a receipt number was sent to me and now on myuscis website I have below message.

In Process

Your benefit request has been accepted and is under review.

At the bottom of the notice attached , I can see California Service Center U. S. CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION SVC P.O. Box 30111 Laguna Niguel CA 92607-0111, does that mean it is been processed at CSC ?
