This is waaay earlier than I was expecting!!! Hoping this means good news for many more here as well!

Oh wow that's awesome! If you applied online you should expect your email from NVC any day now :)

how do you check that please?

If you log in to your uscis account and see where it is written the case is received and under review, right on top of it you will see the date.

For it to change, you will have to monitor your acct on a regular basis.

Hope i answered your question.

Every case is different, so you may not see the date change as other folks are experiencing with their cases.

For AOS there are 2 required docs:

- Tax return docs

- AOS application (there are 4 different types of I 864 that you can use depending on your case)

There is also an option for sending additional docs along with your AOS that you might want to take a look into and submit accordingly.

For IV application:

- DS 260

- Police Clearance certificate (depending on applicant;s country as some countries do not issue PCC)

- Passport Photograph of the applicant

- Birth certificate of the applicant (both original and translated (if applicable))

- Passport demographic page of the applicant (i think this was required but not sure, may be it was part of the additional docs)

Was your file at Texas Center? Did your dates update regularly, if so what was your last date update before approval.

Thank you! It was Nebraska service center. The dates updated on feb 23 and may 2
