i was just looking for someway to confirm my entry to VN. I realize now my mistake

I hate to say this, I went with my fiance to Saigon for a vacation while waiting for the K1 interview.   She is from China, I am from LA USA.  We both have stamps in our passports which we mentioned and which CO looked during the interview in Guangzhou China.

So missing the stamp on the passport could be the accident and not the norm.

A friend of mine recently had her k1 petition approved they got the visa and her fiance then now her husband are living together her in the states... When I was about filling k1 for my fiance she gave me an exact copy of their petition to go through so I have an idea what to submit.... I found all kinds of misspellings, dates, typo etc she even misspellt his name a couple of times... But they got approved... These small things don't matter expecially when they see it as what it is, a simple mistake... So don't worry, at this stage after submission we all worry maybe we did something wrong or didn't include something... Best thing to do is to invest time in your relationship with significant other because in the end that is what matters.

you are right

There are many different Vietnamese visas. There is the traditionally visa "stamp" on the passport, there is the "visa exemption" booklet, and there is the "loose leaf" visa we're talking about here. You probably had the visa "stamp" affixed to the passport, didn't you?

USC applied e visa while PRC applied visa on arrival.  My point is we have entry and exit stamp on both our passport.  I recall they stamp the paper visa too.

A lot of denials based on week evidence of genuine relationship. Lots of fraud in VN K-1 visas. Did you send photos of the two of you together in front of landmarks, family, etc.? Your U.S. passport should have a VN stamp in it. I've been to VN a dozen times and always received a stamp in the passport book. If not, this could be the cause of a denial. Hopefully they will believe the boarding passes. Did you travel together and have your names together? Hope it works out!!!
