Timeline

The CO said they did not prepare health insurance they gave me back my passport and said is OK no problem, they will get back to me they are with my original birth certificate, police certificate, (Nigeria and Cyprus)  marriage certificate, but my photos was given back to me he now said he will call me for my passport later don't really get it if am denied? Someone should advice me

Am on the cr1 he just said they did not do my health insurance although he was talking to me but to another staff there not me in particular but later concluded he will contact me later, now I went to check my Visa status I had to see is on administrative  processing

When they called me I took the oath then he said what is my wife name and how I meet her, and how. Many times she visited me and when we got married so he was checking my documents at the same time and on the computer, he continued do my wife have kids and there names he now start talking to the other person there and now said there was no health insurance to me well every thing is OK I will hold back my passport will be contacted soon to bring my passport that's what he said hope to get your response thanks

@Madufor Uzoma A Since the CO mentioned that your wife did not include the helath insurance for you? Are you not aware that they have now included that as mandatory for everyone?  Were you given a 221G white paper?

She is American, she has three kids she filled and submitted it her self affidavit of support, ceac approved the affidavit she earn more than 30k USD waiting for your reply

@Madufor Uzoma A Just to inform you..... There is no way 30k would be enough to cover you. You need 2 addtional sponsor  that would make this application go smoothly that is a full US citizen earning above 21k which is the threshhold for support. Also, You need a health insurance to cover you for about 6 month . These are what you were not informed about from the CO. It does not matter if the Ceac approves it , The CO has the final say for your Visa hence you put on AP.

 Please gather all these documents should they call you.

Any of this kids are not with her they are grown have there own family maybe I did not clear you well non of them is on her
