The number is the IOE. You will find it in your Green card fee receipt.

Online it says that payment was received. Is it going to change for those people that enter USA or status update only when you process green card while waiting in USA?

Status changes only when someone works on your case. They will produce your card after entry and when they do status will change

Great idea to contact my senator. My husband arrived 67 days ago, and we paid his fee about 70 days ago. Still no card.

“Normal processing” is up to 120 days. Some cards come in weeks others months. No rhyme or reason
