how long does it take to receive green card after entry

The number is the IOE. You will find it in your Green card fee receipt.

Online it says that payment was received. Is it going to change for those people that enter USA or status update only when you process green card while waiting in USA?

Status changes only when someone works on your case. They will produce your card after entry and when they do status will change

“Normal processing” is up to 120 days. Some cards come in weeks others months. No rhyme or reason
