Please i have a question about affidavits of support.

As the sponsor i know i have to fill the I-134

Which form does the co-sponsor have to fill? 

I don't see anywhere in the form that said co-sponsor.

The co-sponsor completes the same documents and submits the same requirements as the petitioner. Here are the "general" requirements for most embassy's.

 

You are required to complete Form I-134. If the income reported on this form or your tax return reflects income below the poverty guidelines for the year the form was submitted, submit evidence of your income. This can include the following documents:

• For those who are employed by an individual or company, submit a photocopy of an employment letter, pay stub, or pay advance (direct-deposit receipt) that meets the criteria below:
  • Includes your name and the company’s name;
  • Is on signed, business letterhead (you cannot sign the letter yourself); and
  • Is issued within the last three months.
• For those who are self-employed, obtain a photocopy of one of the following:
  • Your business license.
  • A signed letter on business letterhead that was written within in the last three months.
  • A contract between you as an independent contractor and a company.
• For those who are unemployed or retired, submit a photocopy of ongoing income from other means, such as:
  • retirement benefits;
  • other household members' income; or
  • other significant assets.

 

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form 1-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form 1-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, value of properties, etc.). You may download the 1-134 affidavit at: https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

@Greenbaum I am the petitioner, and i make less than the poverty guidelines last yr.

 

My question is do i need a joint sponsor or a co-sponsor.

They are more concerned with current income. Does your current income meet or surpass the poverty guidelines? If not can you get a part time job that would raise your income to meet or exceed the POV G? Keep in mind that most embassy's are moving toward 125% of the POV G and not 100% like years past. If not then you will need a co-sponsor.

My current income exceeds 125% POV G but i won't have Tax transcript and i have only been in my current  job since August

The you are going to be fine. Why can't you get the TT? Most can download and print same day. Pay stubs and employer letter will substantiate your income with your current job. I think you are over thinking this a bit too much.

The thing is this, my 2018 tax is below the POV G

In 2019 i started my new job in August and my annual salary will be around 35k my dependent is me+fiance +1 daughter =3

 

You mean i can get a 2019 TT even though it's  not taxes season yet?

TT is the 2018 tax year. Pay stubs and Employer letter is for 2019.

 

Future income cannot be used to support you now. Neither can past income. They will care about current income first. At the time you present the I-134, it needs to show the your current income...that is how much you are earning at that time. The past income may be considered for the public charge piece as well, but current income is what is required.

@Greenbaum i understood that my current income is good, my concern is how long i have been with my company August 2019 till date.

U think it's gonna be issue?

You could have started that job the day before the interview and it wouldn't make a difference to the CO. That is your CURRENT income.
