Hello from South Korea.

I just registered and tried to find more information about my application. I mailed the I-129f petition to Lewisville, Texas. Not the lockbox address.

I got a confirmation that it arrived there by USPS and that's it. It seems everyone got their NOA1 within a few days but it has been almost two weeks for us. I've attached the G-1145 notification form but I think it only works if I mailed it to the lockbox address? I check my bank transactions to see if they accepted my payment and nothing so far. I tried to contact USCIS but naturally it's all automated and impossible to reach an actual person on the line.

Has anyone experienced this or are in this situation now? All we can do is sit and wait for them to send something through the mail.

Thanks for reading.

You need to contact the lockbox at lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov.   contacting the normal uscis customer service will be useless

YMMV

I sent my package to the Lewisville address through FedEx, and I received a text message through the number I put on the G-1145. They cashed the check the same day I was contacted, so I doubt it has anything to do with that form or the address you sent it to.

When you use USPS, aren't you supposed to use the following address  :

USCIS P.O. Box 660151 Dallas, TX 75266

And when it is some other courier then:

USCIS Attn: I-129F 2501 South State Highway 121 Business Suite 400 Lewisville, TX 75067 ?

I thought it worked that way.

Since your  document appears as delivered, it looks like the only one that coud help now is UCSIS. Try to contact them at the email   payxibka suggested.

Thanks for responding to my question. We got our NOA-1 and it seems it will be processed in California.

Did you get the letter? Was it delivered to South Korea or the US? Also, did you get any notifications beforehand (text message or email)?

I used my parent's mailing address in the USA while I'm living in South Korea to deal with less headaches. I never got any notifications despite having the g-1145. I think you get the text message or email if you address it to the lockbox address using USPS. That's the only reason I can think of why I never got one.

Lockbox facility is the lockbox facility regardless of the send to address.   Most likely overlooked

I mailed my petition on 10/19/19 and it said delivered on 10/22/19 to the Dallas Lockbox. i know its been only 1 week but i am getting anxious because i have seen that alot of people are getting notifications/NOA1 after a few days, yet i haven't received an email or text and they haven't processed my payment either. So seeing that you have experienced the same thing has given me some comfort.

we mailed it around the same time. Our packet was mailed on the 16th october and received on the 18th October. We havent receive any NOA yet too...

have you check your bank statement to see if they have cash your checks? if so you can find the case number at the back of the checks. and you can then use that case number to check the case status online. Hope this helps.
