Does the USCIS website when it said k1- i129f 5-7 months processing time, is that like the whole process of time from filing to his interview or just the time it takes from the NOA1 to the NOA2

It's just NOA1 to NOA2, but generally speaking your VJ estimate (assuming you fill in your timeline) will be more accurate. The official timelines for the I-129F are basically only useful for knowing when it's been long enough to make an outside normal processing time inquiry (which probably won't happen).

That is the average processing time from NOA1 to NOA2, though I have seen some K-1 cases getting NOA2 in under 5 months recently (but don't get your hopes up too much, 5-7 months is still average). Then like already mentioned above, it's about a 1-2 process at the NVC. And at this time, Casablanca is one of the consulates that is heavily backlogged. It is currently taking them about 4-5 months to schedule the interview. Overall, it is still about a year long process on average from start to finish.

It may take only 5 to 7 months to go thru the 1st stage but seems the last (3rd part ) from time NVC sends to embassy is taking almost 5 months to schedule an interview and then you have to wait for the AP (administration Process ) to be finished / some are still waiting since last December's interview for an answer

you need to be well prepared for a good interview to get a K1

Best advice is get to know every big and little thing about her,  and her family from her weather to where she went to school / they can ask anything

and know  what your plans are for living in USA   Do you plan to study in school or college or do you plan to find a job when you get the document to work

that is something important to African embassies now

That's what they say the processing time is for NOA2 although a mortify of people get theirs much sooner. Average currently seems to be around 90-100 days. Entire process from NOA1 to visa in hand can be, at the shortest I've seen 5 months to 8 or 9 months on average.
