my fiancee will be coming to usa to get married. her parents and sister and brother in law are going for visitors visa interview. Agent told them they should get a i-134 from USA.  now question is it going to affect AOS process when filling i-864? i am kind of worried. i know i dont have to as its not a requirement for b2 visa. but if i choose to do it. I have already submitted one for my grandpa once and obviously for my fiancee also

The agent is incorrect. You cannot sponsor someone for a B2 visa.  All B2 applicants must be judged on their own merits.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

What sort of Agent? I 134 is unenforceable and not relevant to a B. Are you paying for everybody to come?

Unfortunately, this is incorrect.  They will have to apply on their own merits.  You can of course pay for their trip, but there is no "affidavit of support" for tourist visas.
