are you sure it is too late for your fiancee to go to a regular doctor and have the vaccinations done and a vaccination record created? a few weeks of time seems plenty enough for that, since those are fairly standard vaccinations that should be available quickly.

I wanted her to, but there's some disclaimer about not getting your shots 30 days or less before your medical exam.

The timing was tricky for us. Everything has been very slow, but then suddenly from NVC to the Consulate, I snagged an interview time that was in October. I grabbed that time because I'd been hearing about some people waiting 3 months for an interview after the consulate received their packet. So we had to move fast on everything. Tomorrow is her medical exam. I've done about all I can to prepare her, and we've researched about all we can. So hopefully she has everything she needs.

My mum keeps all vaccine record for me, but at the exam, doc told me not to bother showing him. they would withdraw blood samples and test if i have antibody since some shots only work for 10 years.

Since K1 is not an immigrant VISA, vaccine record is not a requirement for entering the US, but you would have to get all shots done before getting green card. and its always much cheaper to get those shots in Taiwan than in the US.

The MMR cost around 20USD , Tdab is around 70USD

She ended up having to get MMR and TDAP. That's what others told me she'd have to get. I guess the disclaimer would be that in your own country there may be something else required, but those two I listed seem fairly standard indeed.

She should be prepared to pay around at least $360 in total for the examination, tests, and vaccines if she does not have a valid record showing that she had vaccines before.
