estpy en rep dominicana vistando mi pareja...hice el proceso por mi mismo...pero ahora me piden muchas cosas...por favor ayudenme

ok..thank you...i just need some help and advices with my rfe...if you can help me...

i filled the 129f by myself,,,,they sent me the letter i just posted..

im here now in dominican republic visiting my family and my fiancee,the leter came as  here,..

if you can help me pls as much as you can...maybe can help the fact that im here,..if i can collect something..

i contacted rapid visa but they said they dont work on rfe if they don start the case....

i really worry...looks like too many things uscis is asking...im sooo worried and stress out....

i appreciate if anybody can give some advice on what todo....thanks

You need to address the issue that your girlfriend had 2 kids while you were "dating".

Just work thru them one by one, providing what you can.

Right, so you need to do it yourself.  Address exactly what is queried in the RFE letter.  They are questioning your relationship.

You should consider reading and using the information about your RFE topic that can be easily found in the VJ step-by-step K1 Visa guide. People from all over the world have successfully used the guide to correctly prepare a Form I-129F petition package.

(Debería considerar leer y utilizar la información sobre su tema de RFE que se puede encontrar fácilmente en la guía paso a paso de la visa K1 de VJ. Personas de todo el mundo han utilizado con éxito la guía para preparar correctamente un paquete de petición del Formulario I-129F.)

thank you...i already did it by my self...im now need o work on my rfe i posted...is someone have some of the situation who con help me an give me tips...

Most of the folks here that were successful with their I-129F processing used the VJ Guide K1 Guide. Follow the guide, find where you deviated from the guide and earned your RFE, correct it, and submit the new and/or corrected evidence. :idea:

 

Be sure to make a copy of the entire RFE package that they sent to you for your records, and submit your correction with the original RFE letter on top. Finally, mark the outside of your response package as mentioned in the RFE letter.
