  If all the dang libertarians would start supporting the party, we might have a viable 3rd party already. Although at this point the Democrat/Republican hegemony is not going to go down easily.

i am libertarian leaning. even voted Libertarian  when Mittens was running..

 

however t hey have gone nuts to a degree. No way I am with the open borders policy.

I agree, some of the Libertarian positions are not for me especially the open borders one.  The Dems are being taken over by the extreme Left and the GOP has lost its conservative values.

   I asked one guy I know who voted for him to give me some positives about him, and he could only come up with "he's not as bad as Obama" as his reason.

Yeah but it ain't happening.  The 2 major parties make the laws and have the money to stay viable. They just usurp any other party that comes along. Been supporting them for over 20 years and realize it is futile.
