Hi guys 

I am new to the page. I just filed N400 online on feb 23,2020 . My question is  when you are scheduled for the interview, what kind of paper work or evidences you need to bring with you or they just take whatever you uploaded while filing online ? Many thanks and waiting for your responses

It all depends which jurisdiction you have filed for the interview. you have a long way too go. first will have to get the fingerprints done then your interview will be scheduled but all that depends on your jurisdiction when will they schedule.

for documentation they will send you a letter what you will have to bring at the interview.

After months of waiting my case is already scheduled for interview on March 31 in Los Angeles. However, I am not sure if its a combo interview since the letter only states N-400.

Congratulations! When did they change your online case tracker status? Today? Because is Saturday.

They do sent notices on Saturday my fingerprints notice was sent on Feb 1st which was a saturday.

At first I saw that there was a letter coming from USCIS through the USPS app. Then, I checked my USCIS account and I was surprised that I did not get any e-mail or text about it. The letter was also available in the documents tab and the date is Feb 24.

when was your bio ? 

i am also waiting for interview my bio date was 24th oct.

25th but I walked in on the 23 i think because I have school. Are you in LA as well? Also my case completion was june 2020 now its august 2020

yes i live in san fernando valley before it was showing case completion  aug 2020  now oct 2020

I had been reading about N-400 interview experience and I forgot to include my traffic citation. I did not realized that it was necessary. I paid both tickets and went to traffic school for it however I am lost into where I can find information about those so I can show it to the IO.

These are traffic infractions even if you didnt mention you can always bring the issue before the interview starts and let them know that i had couple of traffic citations. Even a good person can have a bad day with driving you will not have any problem. IF  i were you i would not even mention it to the officer but that is me if they happened before 3 or 5 years based on your filing. Too much info means more scrutiny.

You should mention them to the officer. They are not a big deal anyway, but when it comes to immigration, you must not hide any incidents. Saying the truth is always the best way to go.

Good afternoon everyone,

 

i have few question regarding my application i had case with social service regarding my kid but its close now and they put my name on child abuse directory .will this effect my application dont have any aresset or any police report. i did not mention that in my application because it was not federal law i guess. can someone suggest if this needs to be me mentioned in my application ?
