Just finished with my naturalization Ceremony! Officially a US Citizen!

Had my interview today in Detroit, filed 10/31. Took about an hour and a half but interview time wasn't too long. The IO conducted the english/civics first and rolled through the 50 yes/no questions on the application very quickly. Was given a sheet that said I had been recommended for approval.

Status changed to "You attended the interview" and "We approved your application" a couple of hours later

My husband had his interview today in the Charlotte office. He was recommended for approval. Anxiously awaiting the date for the oath ceremony.

Online Status Update: Citizenship Oath Ceremony Has Been Scheduled!

Was hoping for Feb 13th, but the IO laughed that off.

So, either March 6th or March 10th, we figure.

Preferably March 10th, because the IO said she manages that one and ALWAYS makes it a PARTY!!!!

Can't wait.

egov website status says oath ceremony notice was mailed but my USCIS website says “you attended your interview” and “we approved your application” but “you attended your interview“ is the status I see on the home page but both statuses were posted on feb 10 (interview date). 
 

does anyone know if egov website is more up to date?

Egov website usually updates faster than the other one. Either later today or tomorrow you'll see myuscis account updated as well.

 

After my interview egov webisite updated while in the interview LOL - my uscis updated 4-5 hours later

Filed on November 5th (paper form) and had my biometrics completed on Nov. 28th. My I751 is still pending and now transferred to a new office. I guess I will have a combo interview for both petitions. I am still waiting for an interview date, but I am traveling for work in mid March for work for 4 days. I am hoping that my interview will not overlap with my travel dates, but I am bit nervous.
