Hello! If someone is an LPR in Canada applying for US LPR through the i 130/NVC pathway, would their Consular processing be done in Canada or in the country of citizenship? (sorry if this isn't the right place to ask..)

Fairly new to this process, if someone can clarify what the abbreviation CC, DQ and IL mean it'd be much appreciated, thanks!

There is no google form. Someone else had created the table. Simply add your name and dates to it.
