    I need to send an urgent document back to the Montreal Consulate for an IR-1 and need to confirm the mailing address for IV. I do not have the ability to print out the free certificate for courier. I do not mind; will use whatever the absolute fastest service is. Can someone please confirm the official address that you used to send documents recently to Montreal? Thank you all so much

    September 2020 (not a typo. actually 2020) We were upgraded from Spouse of LPR to spouse of USC in May 2022. I was convinced this was going to be our time. I am completely devastated...

    Same... I think the upgrade from F2A to IR-1 set us back to May 2022 from our DQ of September 2020... Toes and fingers crossed that our 695 days of waiting come to an end this month.

    Congrats on this milestone and thank you for sharing! We are in the same boat F2-A to IR-1, DQ'ed since September 2020. Can you share your timeline from the time your petition was upgraded. I am looking for any kind of indication of timing, after a 3-year wait for my husband to move with us. Thank you!

    Thanks so much for sharing! We are in the exact same process. I just got my husband's petition upgraded from F2A to IR-1. After 3 years of waiting, we are really eager to finally be able to live together as a family. Can you share the time it took between the petition upgrade and the IL? Thank you and huge congrats!!!
